How Do I Place An Order?

Ordering your translation is easy with us:

 Send your file to us with the following details:
    - source language
    - target language(s)
    - delivery date

You will receive a quote from us within 1 working day

Acceptance will need to confirmed by email or telephone

We will process your translation and return it in your desired format

You will need to make payment (please see payment terms below)

Payment Terms

We accept Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit (Wire Transfer), Visa, MasterCard, & Paypal in all major currencies. Please note that our payment terms are strictly 7 days nett (unless otherwise agreed) from the date of invoice.

New customers will be required to pay a 50% advance payment if the order value is over US$300 (or its foreign currency equivalent) or in full if the value is less than US$300 (or its foreign currency equivalent).

What Is Your Minimum Order?

Our minimum order is US$40 (or it's foreign currency equivalent).

What Is Your Turnaround Time?

Our translators produce an average of 1500 words per day. If you have an urgent job where consistent style isn't essential, we can produce up to 7,000 words per day by managing a group of translators working simultaneously.
